Traits of a Footballer
Every player will be evaluated on 72 different traits as listed in below. A player can be scored a maximum of 100 units towards the positive side and 100units towards the negative side of each trait.
Drive and Determination
An urgent basic need pressing for satisfaction, usually rooted in some physiological tension, deficiency, or imbalance (e.g., hunger and thirst) and impelling the organism to action.
Aggression
Behavior aimed at harming others physically or psychologically. It can be distinguished from anger in that anger is oriented at overcoming the target but not necessarily through harm or destruction.
Mental Toughness
The ability to consistently perform toward the upper range of your talent and skill regardless of competitive circumstances.
Conscientiousness
The propensity to follow socially prescribed norms for impulse control, to be goal directed, to plan, and to be able to delay gratification.
Responsibility
The ability for one to take action and make things happen with the goal of achieving success and also being accountable for those actions.
Leadership
The process of influencing team members to work hard towards, and be committed to, team goals.

Self-Confidence
Self-assurance: trust in one’s abilities, capacities, and judgment. Because it is typically viewed as a positive attitude, the bolstering of self-confidence is often a mediate or end goal in psychotherapy.
